Social Media Manager - Meta

Responsibilities

• We're a new brand, so you will be creating a presence for us on Facebook and Instagram, working closely with our other social media manager who's responsible for Tiktok to ensure messaging is aligned across platforms
• You'll be responsible for all social activity, including creation, deployment & optimization of paid campaigns, organic content strategy & deployment across Facebook and Instagram
• You'll be responsible for reporting engagement data with recommendations to optimize and implementation of recommendations
• You'll also be on top of the latest social media trends with POV on how to leverage for the company  

Qualifications

• You're tech savvy, self-motivated and impact driven
• You’re detail oriented and leave those you work with feeling confident that any task you take on will be done well, delivered on time and completed with little supervision
• Experience defining KPIs, in particular around what our growth, engagement and conversion metrics should look like
• Successful track record of increasing followers, engagement and conversions to sign-up and/or donate on Facebook and Instagram
• Experience developing social media strategies and executing on Facebook and Instagram
• Experience establishing brand awareness
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize accordingly
• Community management experience
• Experience fundraising via social, a plus but not required

Caim is a 501(c)(3) charity whose mission is to help the US become a no-kill nation. Our platform empowers animal rescues to connect with each other, fosters and other rescue advocates in order to move animals from overcrowded, high kill areas to places they're more likely to be adopted. Everything we build is free to use, thanks to the generosity of our donors.

We’re a small, volunteer run organization with BIG goals. We grew the team to eleven volunteers in our first year, and are looking for other skilled and impact driven people to join us. All of our our positions are volunteer (unpaid) and can be done from anywhere. We expect that you’ll be able to join calls during PST waking hours though.
